Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at customerservice@dadapproved.shop with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Received Contact us within 30 days and we'll sort it out immediately.
Change of Mind Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
