We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our store sells two types of products β custom print-on-demand items and physical dropshipped goods β our policy works a little differently for each.
**Custom Print-on-Demand Products**
Our custom-printed products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, **we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.** Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Contact us at customerservice@dadapproved.shop within **30 days of delivery** with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund β your choice.
**Physical / Dropshipped Products (Bags, BBQ Sets, Fishing Gear, etc.)**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at customerservice@dadapproved.shop within **30 days of delivery** with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because our physical products ship from international suppliers, **we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse** due to the cost of international return shipping.
**Wrong Item Received**
If you received the wrong item, contact us right away at customerservice@dadapproved.shop. We will send the correct item at no charge.
**Refund Processing**
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
